Payment can be made by VISA、Master、American Express through PayPal system, or use the balance of your PayPal account.

We also accept electronic payment, such as Payme, Octopus, WeChat Pay HK, AliPayHK, FPS.

If you choose to pick-up your order at one of the SF Stores, please indicate the store code and location. Click here for location of SF Store code and location.
If you prefer your order to be delivered, please mark clearly your delivery address and contact telephone number. Delivery cost will be paid C.O.D.
If you choose to pick-up your order at one of the nominated MTR stations, please indicate the date and time for picking up. Delivery cost will be paid C.O.D.

We will reply you by email, telephone, or Whatsapp as soon as possible.

Arrangement for order by self-picking up at SF Store, delivery by SF Express, or picking up at MTR station

Self-picking up at SF Store:
When we receive your order on a working day (Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) before 12:00 noon, we will send out your order the same day, otherwise will send it out next working day. In general, SF Express will send you a SMS on the following 1-2 working days, for picking up your order at your nominated SF store. Therefore, please mark clearly the SF Store code and your contact telephone number.

Delivery to a address:
When we receive your order on a working day (Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) before 12:00 noon, we will send out your order the same day, otherwise will send it out next working day. Therefore, please mark clearly the delivery address and your contact telephone number.

Picking up at a nominated MTR station:
Please allow at least a day or so for us to arrange delivery to your nominated MTR station. No same day pick-up service on Saturday.

In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or red and black rainstorm warning and other inclement weather, pick-up service may be affected and delayed or canceled, we will contact you for delivery arrangements.

Can I purchase products at one of the venues of yoga class?

Sorry! We are using a central management system, all products are stocked in our warehouse in Tin Shui Wai, in terms of reducing costs and enhance the competitiveness of price.

What if the location and schedule for picking up order is not suitable for me, can I have any other choices?
A:
 
Please call 25220038 and see if we can try our best to meet your requirements。
 
Q6:   Is it possible to pick up my order in Tin Shui Wai?
A:  

Can be arranged for picking up at Light Rail Ginza Station. Schedule can be more flexibility.

If shopping online, please specify your requirements when check-out. If payment by Bank transfer, please specify your requirements on e-mail or Whatsapp 91962499 with the bank-in slip.

 
Q7: Will the price be lower if I purhcase in bulk quantity?

We have been one of the suppliers of Hong Kong Government departments, hotels, hospitals, universities/colleges, yoga studios, individual yoga teachers, private clubs, etc. If you would like to place a large amount of order on yoga supplies, please send an email to yogaplace@hongkongyoga.com, detailing your preferences on yoga products and quantity, we will have someone contact you.
 
Q8:   I live outside Hong Kong, can I still do shopping online here?
A:  
Yes, please send an email to yogaplace@hongkongyoga.com detailing your preferences on yoga products and quantity, the country you live, and the way to send the product to you (i.e. by ship or by air)
   
Q9:   Will settlement by credit card be safe for online shopping here?
A:  

We use Paypal as a mean for online credit card settlement system.

Paypal is using data encryption and its technology offering world-class security to ensure transaction and financial safe and private. Credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

   
Q10:   What currency will be used for settlement?
A:   Settlement will be made in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
   
Q11:   Order placed on weekends or holidays
A:   We are not able to process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays – so if you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent working day. 
   
Q12:   Modifications / Cancellations
   

Generally orders are placed before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday, and they will be shipped on the same day. Order can be changed or cancelled right before the order is shipped.

If the order is cancelled, payment can be refunded through the original payment channel.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

   
Q13:   Return and replacement of goods
   

We are committed to providing you with quality goods. If you find that the quality of the goods is defective after receiving the goods, please email the relevant order number and relevant product photos to yogaplace@hongkongyoga.com within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned with the original packaging. After verifying that the problem is not caused by man-made or improper use, we can arrange to replace the goods.

One order can only be returned once.

Goods that are not of quality problems will not be returned or exchanged.

In case of any dispute, Yoga Place reserves the right of final decision.
