• The Genie Neti pot is based upon the traditional design developed centuries ago in ancient India. The practice of nasal washing has been used by practitioners of Yoga and Ayurveda in India. Neti is one of the six purification techniques undertaken prior to the practice of yoga asana, meditation, pranayama or awaken energy to help prepare the body.
