S-Posture vs. Lower Back Pain

The S-Posture is one of the leading causes of back pain. If you are suffered from lower back pain, what can you do to get your back free?


Clean a new yoga mat right after unpacked, or after a practice. To help disinfect and clean your yoga mat, mix two parts water with one part vinegar and add tea tree oil, use a soft cloth the mixture to clean your mat. Then use another cloth with clear water to clean the mat again.

Deep clean your yoga mat:
Soak your yoga mat with baking soda and water can be used for extremely dirty mat. Use a kitchen sponge to scrub off the dirty spots. Rinse the mat with clean water. Dry your mat by rolling it with a towel and hanging it 1-2 days.

Please clean and disinfection before use the neti pot. Water should be distilled, steriled, or 100℃ boiled, do not use tap water which without boiling. Put a small amount of sea salt into water for dissolving, do not use table salt.

The Yoga Sadhana was held successfully. The dedication in yoga practice with  persevere as a result in achieving holistic health means towards physical and mental fitness.

Note: According to Mr. Iyengar in his translation of Patañjali's Yoga Sutra that Sadhana means repeated practice performed with observation and reflection, it also implies perfect execution with study.
