  Ceramic Jala Neti Pot

  • Ancient secrets - nasal cleansing pot. The practice of nasal washing has been used by practitioners of Yoga and Ayurveda in India for thousands of years. Neti is one of the six purification techniques undertaken prior to the practice of yoga asana, meditation, pranayama or awaken energy to help prepare the body.

  • This simple technique is easy to do with handle makes it easy to hold with wet hands. It has a useful volume of 200ml and is most suited to those who prefer a small volume.

  • If you are one of the many people who find that your nasal passages are blocked as a result of the effects of pollution, dust, pollen and other irritants, you may find this simple cleansing and moisturizing technique of invaluable benefit to you.

  • Please clean and disinfection before use the neti pot. Water should be distilled, steriled, or 100℃ boiled, do not use tap water which without boiling. Put a small amount of sea salt into water for dissolving, do not use table salt.
